Aero-Tech offers a professional commercial course geared for those who would like to advance quickly to a career in aviation.
Privileges & Limitations
- FAA qualified to work as a pilot for compensation or hire.
- Fly banner-towing flights, photo missions, sight-seeing flights, as a Flight Instructor (requires training for the appropriate Instructor Rating), pipeline patrol, parachute jumpers, etc.
- Training available for both Single and Multi-Engine Commercial Ratings.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold at least a private pilot certificate.
- Complete Cessna Online Training Course (or equivalent ground training) and pass a written test on aeronautical knowledge, with a score of 70% or better.
- Log at least 250 hours of flight time as a pilot. Specific requirements apply. See your instructor or call the flight school for details.
- Receive and log training from an authorized instructor in preparation for the practical test.
- Pass an FAA practical test. (There will be a flight examiner fee)
